OUR SERVICES
Intermediate Care Facilities (ICFs)
Enable’s Intermediate Care Facilities (ICFs) provide 24-hour care and support for individuals with developmental disabilities in a home setting. Each ICF home provides support to up to six individuals, creating a close-knit, supportive environment where everyone is known, valued, and encouraged to thrive.
We strive to make each home feel like a family, not a facility. From shared meals around the dining table to group activities like game nights, birthday celebrations, and community activities, our homes are designed to foster meaningful relationships, connection, and belonging.
What We Offer:
- Daily Living Support
Our trained direct support professionals assist with activities such as bathing, dressing, meals, and mobility—always with a focus on dignity and independence. - Therapeutic Services
Individuals have access to annual assessments for physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, dietician services, and behavioral supports as part of a comprehensive care plan. - Individualized Programming
Each person has a personalized plan tailored to their goals, strengths, and needs. This includes community integration, skill development, and recreational activities. - Safe, Comfortable Homes
Our ICFs are small, residential homes embedded in neighborhoods, creating a warm and inclusive environment. With only six individuals per home, each person gets the attention and support they deserve. - Family and Guardian Collaboration
We partner closely with families and guardians to ensure communication, shared decision-making, and a circle of support around each individual.
